Key Benefits of being a Series Point Associate
If you are over the age of 18 and wish to be a single associate, download an "Associate Form" and an "Adult - Release Form". If you are over the age of 18 and wish to include additional family associates, download an "Associate Form", an "Associate Family Form", and an "Adult Release" or "Child - Release" for each additional family associate. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor and do not wish to become an associate, please download "Associate Form", "Associate Family Form" and a "Child - Release". Fill out "IKS-M01" with your information and IKS-M02 with your child or guardians information. Please write "Minor" on the master point class line on IKS-M01. If you do not wish to be an Associate of IKS, you will need to complete either the "Adult Release" or the "Child Release" and send it before you will be able to compete in an IKS event.
